    Check-in & Progress Review – We begin by discussing any changes, challenges, or successes since our last session. This helps us track your progress and make adjustments as needed.

    Deep Dive into a Focus Area – We explore a key area of your health or life that you want to work on. This could be related to nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, relationships, or even personal growth.

    Guidance & Self-Discovery – Rather than telling you what to do, I’ll ask thought-provoking questions to help you reflect, gain insights, and uncover solutions that feel right for you.

    Practical Action Steps – We’ll co-create simple, realistic action steps that align with your lifestyle and goals. These small, manageable steps help build lasting habits over time.

    Support & Accountability – I’ll provide encouragement, resources, and strategies to help you stay on track, while also holding space for you to adjust your plan as needed.
